Odd-even rule for vehicles plying on Kathmandu roads from November 29, Thursday to December 2, Sunday
November 28, 2018: Metropolitan Traffic Police Division (MTPD) is implementing odd-even rule for all private and public vehicles plying on Kathmandu roads starting from November 29, Thursday to December 2, Sunday.
 
The MTPD is  implementing this rule to ease traffice for the Asia Pacific Summit which is being held from November 30 to December 3 in the Capital. Vehicles with odd numbered vehicles can ply on November 29 and on December 1 whereas even numbered vehicles can ply on November 30 and on December 2.
