Nepal Idol Season 6 Auditions to Begin in the First Week of Chaitra

The auditions for Nepal Idol Season 6, presented by AP1 Television, will start in the first week of Chaitra (mid-March). The organizers confirmed the completion of all preparations for the auditions during a press conference held on Sunday.
This season aims to be distinct and special compared to previous seasons. Nepal Idol has established itself as an important platform for showcasing emerging and hidden talent in the Nepali music industry.
For this season, contestants will have backup bands to support them, which will help enhance their performances. Additionally, extra episodes of Nepal Idol will be aired, offering viewers behind-the-scenes stories.
The judging panel for this season will include the judges from the first three seasons and the fifth season: Nhyu Bajracharya, Kali Prasad Baskota, and Indira Joshi, with Asif Shah as the host.
The auditions will take place in Itahari, Jhapa, Pokhara, Kaski, Nepalgunj, Banke, and the federal capital, Kathmandu.
Since its inception in 2017, Nepal Idol has broadcasted over 150 episodes and has played a significant role in uniting Nepali music lovers and promoting new talent both nationally and internationally. So far, the winners of Nepal Idol include Buddha Lama, Ravi Od, Sajja Choulagain, Bhupendra Thapa Magar, and Karan Pariyar.
