Sanima Bank Announces Temporary Disruption of Card Services Due to Switch Migration
Kathmandu – Sanima Bank has informed its valued customers that electronic payment services related to cards will be temporarily unavailable due to an upcoming card switch migration. The bank has apologized for any inconvenience this may cause.
Credit card services will be unavailable from Sunday, November 23, 2025 (Mangsir 7, 2082), 10:00 PM until Tuesday, November 25, 2025 (Mangsir 9, 2082), 11:45 PM. All card services, including debit cards, ATMs, and POS transactions, will be interrupted on Tuesday,November 25, 2025 (Mangsir 9, 2082), from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Additionally, POS acquiring services will be offline from Monday, November 24, 2025 (Mangsir 8, 2082), 10:00 PM until Tuesday, November 25, 2025 (Mangsir 9, 2082), 10:00 PM.
During this period, customers will not be able to use any credit or debit card services, ATMs, or POS terminals.
