Gold and Silver prices soar to new heights in Nepal
Kathmandu – In a shocking turn of events, the price of gold in Nepal has skyrocketed to an unprecedented NPR 309,800 (USD 2123.30) per tola, setting a new all-time high. This dramatic increase has left many stunned, with the previous day’s price at a significantly lower NPR 299,400 (USD 2052.02) per tola.
Experts are attributing this sudden surge in gold prices to global market shifts, where the price of gold has now crossed USD 4,800 per ounce, directly driving up the local prices in Nepal.
But that’s not all; silver prices have also taken an unexpected leap. The price of silver has now reached NPR 6,190 (USD 42.42) per tola, marking a sudden jump that has caught both consumers and businesses off guard.
The explosive rise in both gold and silver prices is sending shockwaves through Nepal’s market, as international trends continue to dictate local pricing.
