48 arrested for harassing outbound travelers in kathmandu
Kathmandu- District Police have arrested 48 individuals for harassing passengers traveling out of the city.
A team from the District Police Range Kathmandu detained them yesterday from New Bus Park, Kalanki, and Balkhu. According to police spokesperson Superintendent of Police Pawan Kumar Bhattarai, the individuals were involved in forcibly pulling passengers, pressuring them to board specific vehicles, and engaging in abusive behavior.
Police reported that 5 people were arrested from New Bus Park in Gongabu, 24 from Kalanki, and 19 from Balkhu.
