KATHMANDU — Fintech Alliance Nepal (FAN), a leading organization representing Nepal’s fintech sector, has announced the second edition of Nepal Fintech Expo 2026, scheduled for October 9, 10 and 11, 2026 (Asoj 23–25, 2083) at Heritage Garden, Lalitpur.
Following the success of its first edition, this year’s expo is expected to be larger, more organized and more internationally focused. While the previous edition ran for two days, the 2026 event will span three consecutive days, providing participants with more opportunities for exhibitions, business discussions, networking and knowledge sharing.
The expo will feature more than 65 exhibitor booths, two dedicated Experience Zones, and participation from both domestic and international companies. Cutting-edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Banking, Digital Payments, Embedded Finance and Lending Technology will be showcased. Several companies are also expected to officially launch and unveil their latest products and services during the event.
The opening ceremony will take place on October 9 at the Classic Venue within the Heritage Garden premises. The venue has been selected to accommodate a large number of guests while providing convenient facilities, including adequate parking.
Organizers expect the three-day expo to attract more than 6,000 visitors, including representatives from banks and financial institutions, fintech companies, payment service providers, regulatory and government bodies, technology companies, startups, investors, development partners, students and the general public.
FAN currently has 53 corporate members and regularly organizes initiatives such as Fintech Friday, Fintech Social and CTO Retreat, aimed at strengthening Nepal’s fintech ecosystem through collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation.
The expo will offer several partnership opportunities, including Title Sponsor, Powered By Partner, Gold Sponsor, Silver Sponsor and Networking Sponsor categories. Exhibitor booths are priced at Rs. 75,000, with FAN corporate members receiving a 50 percent discount. International exhibitors will be charged USD 750 per booth.
A special Networking Dinner will be organized on the evening of the first day, bringing together sponsors, exhibitors, partners, regulators, banks, fintech companies and other stakeholders to encourage professional connections and potential collaborations.
For the first time, the expo will also introduce a Premium Lounge Service, providing dedicated hospitality and business networking facilities for Premium Pass holders, invited delegates and distinguished guests.
Khalti has been appointed as the Official Ticketing Partner for Nepal Fintech Expo 2026. Tickets will be available through the Khalti platform, with general admission priced at Rs. 200 and student tickets at Rs. 50. Complimentary passes will also be provided to selected individuals and organizations that have made notable contributions to Nepal’s fintech sector.
Fintech Alliance Nepal has invited banks, financial institutions, fintech companies, technology providers, startups, investors, policymakers, regulators, students, media organizations and technology enthusiasts to participate in the event.
