NAIMA had initially expected around 150,000 visitors during the six-day event.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, NAIMA President Ritu Singh Vaidya said the participation of more than 55 brands, the launch of 53 new products, and the turnout of over 180,000 visitors were among the expo’s biggest achievements.
She described the event as a collective success for Nepal’s entire mobility industry, adding that the expo was designed not only to showcase new vehicles and technologies but also to serve as a platform for knowledge-sharing and learning.

NAIMA Strategy and Membership Affairs Committee Chairman Akash Golchha described the event as a “superhit,” while Executive Director Raj Kumar Dulal said visitor satisfaction was a key measure of its success.
Alongside the vehicle exhibition, the expo hosted a series of NAIMA Mobility Dialogues and learning sessions, bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, academics and experts to discuss mobility, technology, skills, entrepreneurship, investment and the future of Nepal’s transportation sector.
The second edition of the expo was organized with the goal of promoting a sustainable, green and technology-friendly transportation system in Nepal. It featured strong participation from domestic and international automobile manufacturers and importers.
Global IME Bank served as co-sponsor, while NMB Bank and Siddhartha Bank were banking partners. The expo was also supported by partners from the insurance, technology, education, EV charging, ride-sharing, hospitality, healthcare, connectivity, safety and digital sectors.
With record attendance, dozens of new product launches and strong public engagement, NAIMA said it aims to make future editions of the mobility expo bigger, better and stronger.
