Kathmandu – Prime Minister Balendra Shah convened a meeting of the National Council for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management following the devastating floods in Rasuwa this morning.
During the meeting held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singha Durbar, officials briefed the Prime Minister on the extent of the damage reported so far.
PM Shah directed all concerned authorities to take immediate action and urged everyone to contribute to search, rescue and relief efforts for citizens affected by the disaster.
