Kathmandu – Royal Enfield riders across Nepal came together for One Ride 2026, the motorcycle brand’s annual global community ride, celebrating motorcycling, friendship and responsible riding. The 2026 edition was held internationally on September 20, with rides organised across more than 60 countries.
In Kathmandu, the ride began from Kamaladi Hall and followed a route through Ratopul, Chabahil, Tinkune, Koteshwor, Balkumari, Satdobato, Hattiban, Thaiba and Godawari, before concluding at Best Western Plus Hotel & Resort, Godawari. The ride brought together Royal Enfield owners and enthusiasts for a shared riding experience across the Valley.
One Ride is organised as a global community event that brings Royal Enfield riders together across different cities and countries. According to Royal Enfield, the event focuses on the joy of riding, connecting with fellow riders and celebrating the brand’s motorcycling community. The first edition of One Ride was held in 2011.
This year’s global edition also carried a conservation message. Royal Enfield said it would make a contribution towards snow leopard conservation for every participant in One Ride 2026, linking the riding community with efforts to protect the Himalayan species and its ecosystem.
The Kathmandu programme also included a special Down syndrome awareness and inclusion activity, where participants enjoyed dance performances and other activities. The segment added a community-focused element to the motorcycle gathering and provided a platform for participants to come together beyond the ride itself.
The event concluded at Godawari with riders participating in community activities and spending time together. One Ride 2026 in Nepal thus combined motorcycle culture, community participation and a wider message of responsible riding and social engagement.
