Kathmandu – Nabil Bank has put 125,000 units of promoter shares up for sale. The bank announced the sale in a public notice.
First Priority for Existing Promoters
Under the unified directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, existing promoter shareholders must be given first priority when promoter shares are sold. Accordingly, the bank has asked interested and eligible existing promoter shareholders to submit their applications within 35 days of the notice’s publication date.
Applications must be submitted to the Company Secretary’s Office at the bank’s head office in Tindhara, Beenamarga, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu.
If No Promoters Apply
If no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the stated period, the bank said it will proceed to sell the shares to other individuals or institutions, in accordance with prevailing laws.
