Wildlife photo competition organized by Chungba Sherpa
In Kathmandu, a photography competition is being organized for students interested in wildlife photography, according to Chungba Sherpa, a wildlife photographer. The purpose of this competition is to encourage those interested in wildlife photography.
Chungba Sherpa explained that those who want to participate should take photos of wildlife or natural scenes using a mobile phone or camera and send only one photo. He said that the two winners will receive a prize of 15,000 rupees each.
He also mentioned that the photos should be in JPEG format. According to Sherpa, photos taken with artificial intelligence (AI) or those not related to wildlife will be disqualified. Photos can be submitted until April 25, and results will be announced by April 30.
Participants must send their name, age, and a brief description of the photo. Only individuals aged between 15 and 30 can participate.
There are some rules for participating in the competition. Firstly, participants must subscribe to Chungba Sherpa’s official YouTube channel, and then like the video he made inviting entries for the photo contest. According to him, participants should also post their submitted photos on his Facebook page. Among all the entries, the one with the most reactions and one chosen by Sherpa himself will be declared winners.
