A one- day conference on “Transforming Nepal’s Agriculture”

Nepal-China Friendship Forum (NCFF) is organizing a one-day conference on “Transforming Nepal’s Agriculture” on Friday. This conference aims to explore the pivotal role of youth in revitalizing Nepal’s agricultural sector and driving economic growth of the country. The event will feature discussions on key topics like policies and programs, support measures and value chain, trade and entrepreneurship, investment and financing, youth innovation and startups, and mechanization among others. The event aims to help address the current challenges and opportunities regarding youth engagement in the agricultural sector and explore solutions to foster sustainable development.
The conference will alos include sessions with paper presentations, keynote speeches, and showcase of success stories from various agricultural sub-sectors. Among many, it will also have participation of local government representatives.
The event will take place at Silver Oak Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu on Friday, July 5, 2024 from 9AM to 5PM.
