Samsung Nepal launches free pick-up and drop service for warranty phones in Kathmandu

Kathmandu – Samsung Nepal has announced the launch of a free pick-up and drop-off service for customers with phones under warranty in the Kathmandu Valley. The service commenced on Shrawan 1.

According to Samsung Nepal, customers experiencing issues with their warranty-covered phones can avail of this service by contacting the toll-free mobile number 16600172667 for Nepal Telecom, 9801572667 for Ncell, or the WhatsApp number 16600172667.

Once contacted, Samsung representatives will arrive at the customer’s home within one day to collect the phone. After repairs, the phone will be returned to the customer’s home. This new service is currently available through service centers located in New Road, Sundhara, Jawalakhel, Bhaktapur, and New Baneshwor.
