Nepal wins “Best Travel Friendly Destination” at Global Tourism Awards 2024

Nepal has been awarded the title of “Best Travel-Friendly Destination” at the Global Tourism Awards 2024. Among various countries nominated, Nepal emerged as the winner of this prestigious title.

The award was presented by Travel World Online (TWO) during a ceremony held in New Delhi on August 2, 2024. Representing Nepal, Hikmat Singh Ayer, the Acting Executive Chief of the Nepal Tourism Board, received the award. He expressed that this honor helps spread the message globally that Nepal is a safe and tourist-friendly destination, which will further boost the overall promotion of tourism in the country.
