National Coding Competition boosted by collaboration between Aadim College, Dursikshya, and ICTFrame Magazine
Aadim College, Dursikshya, and ICT Frame Magazine Pvt. Ltd. have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on initiatives that will enhance educational opportunities for IT students and foster the development of coding skills among children in Nepal. This partnership is poised to create a significant impact on the future of IT education in the country.
The MoU was signed by Shankar Prasad Sharma, CEO of Aadim College, established in 2071 B.S. and affiliated with Tribhuvan University, as a key player in IT education in Nepal. Krishna Pandey, CEO of Dursikshya, founded in 2020 A.D., signed for his organization specializing in online training in Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing, and other IT fields. Rabindra Gauli, Outreach Officer of ICT Frame Magazine Pvt. Ltd., represented the leading IT and technology publication in Nepal focused on promoting technological advancements and education.
Key Objectives of the MoU: The collaboration aims to provide Aadim College’s IT students with practical mentorship opportunities while enhancing the quality and reach of coding competitions for children. By leveraging the strengths and expertise of each organization, the MoU seeks to promote IT skills development among Nepal’s youth, preparing them for future opportunities in the technology sector.
The collaboration focuses on a mentorship program where Aadim College selects IT students to mentor children in coding competitions, with training and resources provided by Dursikshya, and promotion handled by ICT Frame Magazine. Dursikshya will offer specialized online training in coding, algorithms, and problem-solving to equip mentors with practical skills. Aadim College and Dursikshya will jointly organize coding competitions for children, with all three parties developing the themes and evaluation criteria, while ICT Frame Magazine promotes the events. Participating mentors will receive certificates from Dursikshya and Aadim College, and ICT Frame Magazine will highlight outstanding performances to recognize their achievements.
The MoU is valid for two years from the signing date, with an option for renewal upon mutual agreement, and can be terminated by any party with 30 days written notice. All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the collaboration, and any amendments to the MoU must be made in writing and signed by all parties. This MoU signifies a significant step towards enhancing IT education and skill development among Nepal’s youth, with the partnership between Aadim College, Dursikshya, and ICT Frame Magazine poised to make a lasting impact on the country’s IT sector.
