Gionee S6 Pro and P7 Max in the market
October 3, 2016: Gionee has launched S6 Pro and P7 Max in the market. The Chinese smartphone maker introduced the phones on the occasion of the Dashain festival. The company had launched its flagship S6s just few weeks ago.
Powered by 64-bit 1.8 GHz Helio P10 processor, S6 Pro comes with 4 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The handset sports 5.5 inch 2.5D Water Drop FHD display having 401 ppi pixel density. The company says that, the combination of top tier processor, higher RAM capacity and high-end display makes S6 Pro an ideal device for gaming and video viewing. The phone has a 13MP phase detection autofocus rear camera and an 8MP front camera with screen flash. The handset is equipped with front fingerprint scanner which can also be used to take photos. The dual-SIM phone houses a 3,130 mAh battery and has USB Type C charging facility. It runs on Gionee’s proprietary Amigo 3.2 UI which is based on Android 6.0.1. Available in various colours, S6 Pro is priced at Rs 34,999.
Meanwhile, P7 Max is powered by a MT6595 octa-core 2.2 GHz processor, 3,100 mAH battery, 3GB RAM and has 5.5-inch HD screen, 13 MP rear camera, 5 MP front camera and 32GB internal storage. The phone runs on Android 6.0 based Amigo 3.2 UI. The latest Gionee handset carries a price tag of Rs 21,999.
