Ncell introduced voice-to-data conversion feature for greater flexibility

Ncell customers now have access to a new and innovative feature that offers greater flexibility in managing their communication needs. With this feature, users can exchange unused voice minutes for data or vice versa, depending on their requirements. This added convenience is available for customers using the Sadhain ON packs, which were launched in May and offer a combination of voice, data, and SMS services.

The feature allows users to convert their remaining voice minutes into data through the Ncell App, or switch data into voice minutes when necessary. This service is available for the three Sadhain ON packs priced at Rs. 399, Rs. 499, and Rs. 599. Customers can easily access the ‘Exchange Data or Voice’ option in the Ncell App to perform the conversion.

For example, users can exchange 50 minutes of voice service for 1,250 MB of data, or convert 1 GB of data into 41 minutes of nationwide voice service. The service allows customers to convert up to 90 percent of their remaining voice or data balance, offering flexibility to tailor services to their needs.

The Ncell App, which serves as a self-service platform, is free to use for Ncell data customers. New users who download the app are also entitled to receive 1 GB of free data upon their first login.
