Assam to host Guns N’ Roses concert in Guwahati
Assam — Legendary American rock band Guns N’ Roses is set to perform in Guwahati on November 17, 2026. Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced the news on Monday, calling it a proud moment for Assam’s growing live entertainment scene.
The Guwahati concert will mark the band’s first-ever performance in Northeast India. The show is part of Guns N’ Roses’ India concerts, with the band also scheduled to perform in Bengaluru on November 14, 2026, before heading to Guwahati.
Welcoming the band, Chief Minister Sarma said Assam is delighted to bring one of the world’s most iconic rock bands to the state. He added that the concert reflects Assam’s rising place on the global live entertainment map.
