Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 TD in Nepal
November 11, 2018: HH Bajaj, the sole distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has announced the launch of Pulsar NS 160 TD (Twin Disc).
Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 TD features twin disc brakes, sharper design and new color schemes. It will be available in four dual tone colors – passion red, pearl metallic white, saffire blue and glossy pewter grey.
The Pulsar NS 160 TD also has split seats, split grab rails and longer wheelbase. The suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks up front and by a gas-charged mono shock at the rear.
The Pulsar NS 160 Twin Disc continues to ride on 17-inch wheels which are shod with 90/90 (front) and 120/80 (rear) tires. Providing power to the new Pulsar NS 160 Twin Disc is 160.3cc oil-cooled single cylinder engine producing 15.5 Ps @ 8500 rpm and 14.6Nm of torque at 6,500rpm which is sent to the rear wheel via a 5-speed manual gearbox with short ratios. The NS160 Twin Disc features a 12-litre fuel tank.
Pulsar NS 160 TD variant has also undergone significant improvements in noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) due to optimization of engine and chassis touch points.
The bike has a top speed of 120 kmph and weighs 145 kg with fuel tank capacity of 12 liters. High ground clearance of 167 mm ensures smooth and comfortable ride on all terrains.
Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 TD comes at an introductory price of Rs 286,900.
