Kathmandu – For three-wheeler drivers looking to switch to electric this festive season, the Bajaj WEGO now comes with a Rs 50,000 discount.
Hansraj Hulaschand and Company Pvt. Ltd., the authorised distributor of Bajaj two- and three-wheelers in Nepal, has launched a festive scheme for the new Bajaj WEGO electric three-wheeler under the slogan “Chadparvako Bahar, WEGO ma 50 Hajar!” Customers buying the vehicle under the scheme can get a cash discount of Rs 50,000.
Those trading in an old vehicle can also get an additional valuation of up to Rs 30,000 through the exchange offer. On top of that, the company is offering a warranty of six years or 150,000 kilometres on the Bajaj WEGO, which it says reflects its focus on long-term customer trust and satisfaction.
To make buying easier, Hulas Finserv Hire Purchase Ltd (HFL) has been brought in as the finance partner. Customers can pay in easy instalments with an EMI facility of up to 36 months.
The new Bajaj WEGO features a modern design, a powerful electric motor, lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery technology, a comfortable ride and low running costs. The company claims it offers a practical range of around 130 to 140 kilometres on a full charge.
It also comes with Eco and Power riding modes, regenerative braking and hill hold assist. According to the company, these features make the vehicle more practical, safer and more reliable for daily commercial use.
