Daraz Nepal Set to Launch New Feature ‘Choice’

Kathmandu – Nepal’s leading e-commerce platform Daraz Nepal has announced the upcoming launch of a new service called ‘Choice’, designed to offer customers a more curated and streamlined shopping experience.
Through the Choice feature, customers will be able to shop from over 1,000 top-rated products, carefully selected directly from verified manufacturers, all at competitive prices.
According to Daraz, this new feature will enable users to shop using a single cart and centralized warehouse system, which will ensure fast delivery within 1 to 3 days. Additionally, customers purchasing three or more items will receive free delivery, and those buying four or more items may also receive a free gift, depending on stock availability. The platform will also offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy for added convenience.
The ‘Choice’ service is set to go live during Daraz’s upcoming “Pay Day Sale”, scheduled for April 25 to 29. During this campaign, customers will have access to popular categories like groceries, household essentials, personal care, mother & baby, and health & beauty, featuring trusted brands such as Unilever, Dabur, Godrej, and Britannia.
Aanchal Kunwar, Managing Director of Daraz Nepal, stated that the new feature was developed in response to evolving customer expectations and aims to further strengthen Daraz’s brand credibility. Jiang Han Adele, Global Head of ‘Choice’ at Daraz, expressed confidence that the service will significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
