Deepal Nevo Q05 wins Prestigious Global Design Award

KATHMANDU: The Deepal Nevo Q05, which is set to launch in Nepal, has won the prestigious Golden A’ Design Award, earning international recognition for its outstanding design, innovation, and user-focused engineering. The award highlights the SUV’s excellence in combining modern styling with advanced technology and practical functionality.

The Golden A’ Design Award is one of the world’s leading international design competitions, presented to products that demonstrate exceptional creativity, technical excellence, and innovative design. Winners are selected for their ability to challenge conventional thinking, introduce new industry standards, and create meaningful value through design and technology.

Developed by the Changan Global Design Center, the Nevo Q05 reflects Changan Automobile’s long-term vision of becoming a leader in smart and low-carbon mobility. Established in 1996, the design center specializes in advanced research, product design, digital modelling, user experience, colour and material development, engineering, and quality management.

According to the company, the Nevo brand plays a key role in Changan’s future strategy and is designed to serve as a smart mobility companion for modern families. The Q05 combines spacious interiors, everyday practicality, intelligent technology, comfort, dependable driving range, and convenient charging capabilities while offering strong value for customers.

The company said the award further strengthens the Nevo Q05’s position as a next-generation SUV built for modern lifestyles. Its design blends a bold road presence with the practicality and comfort required for everyday family use.

The Deepal Nevo Q05 is scheduled to make its official debut in Nepal at the NADA Auto Show 2026, which will be held in Bhadra (August–September).
