Gold Price Drops by Rs 1,000 Per Tola

Kathmandu — The price of gold declined by Rs 1,000 per tola on Sunday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold has been fixed at Rs 298,900 per tola for today. On the previous trading day, gold was priced at Rs 299,900 per tola. Last Sunday, the price stood at Rs 295,100 per tola.

While gold became cheaper today, silver recorded a rise. The price of silver increased by Rs 25 per tola compared to the previous day. Silver, which was traded at Rs 5,275 per tola earlier, has reached Rs 5,300 per tola today. Last Sunday, silver was traded at Rs 5,010 per tola.
