Kathmandu – The price of gold in Nepal increased by Rs 2,900 per tola on Friday, reaching Rs 295,700, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations.
Gold was traded at Rs 292,800 per tola on Thursday. The latest increase marks a notable rise in the domestic gold market, with prices climbing compared with the previous day.
Meanwhile, silver prices also recorded an increase on Friday. The price of silver rose by Rs 15 per tola to reach Rs 4,405, up from Rs 4,390 on Thursday.
Both gold and silver recorded price gains in the domestic market on Friday, according to the federation’s daily rates.
