Hello Griha” Call Center Launched for Public Complaints, Suggestions and Feedback
Kathmandu-The Ministry of Home Affairs has launched a new “Hello Griha” Call Center to collect public complaints, grievances, and suggestions related to its areas of responsibility.According to Ministry spokesperson Ananda Kafle, the initiative has been introduced under the ministry’s grievance management branch to make service delivery more effective, transparent, and efficient.
The ministry stated that citizens can now easily submit their complaints, grievances, and suggestions through multiple channels, including the toll-free number 1112, email gunaso@moha.gov.np, and WhatsApp number 9851360603.
The “Hello Griha” Call Center is expected to strengthen public service responsiveness and improve communication between citizens and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
