Hindu priest offers milk to Lord Shiva idol in Kathmandu
Kathmandu: In a solemn ceremony held at the Pashupati Temple, Makhan near Hanuman Dhoka, a Hindu priest today offered milk to the idol of Lord Shiva. Established 17 years ago, this sacred tradition continues into its 18th year, reflecting its enduring significance in the Hindu faith.
The tradition of offering milk to Lord Shiva at Pashupati Temple, near Hanuman Dhoka, Kathmandu, takes place every year on the 15th of Shrawan and Shivaratri.
