Terms and Conditions
- This competition is open to all the children between the ages of 7-12 years of all nationalities residing in Nepal.
- Consent of parents/guardians is mandatory for participation.
- To participate, upload a close-up picture of your child to www.facebook.com/waiwainoodles or www.waiwaikid.com.
- Please do not digitally manipulate the image, if found will be disqualified from the contest.
- Contest starts from 17th january 2016 & ends on 16th march 2016 and CG Foods takes no responsibility for late entries.
- Three winners from each category – National and International will be announced and will receive cash prize of NRS. 25,000*. Prizes are non-transferrable.
- By entering the contest, the participant will be regarded as having accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules and regulations of the competition.
- A panel of independent judges will select the winners and their decision is final. No correspondence pertaining to the selection process and decision will be entertained.
- Winner will be declared and announced on social media and national dailies. The final winners will be called for a photo shoot to feature on the packet of WaiWai.
- CG Foods’decision on all matters relating to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
- Family members and employees of CG Group and its advertising agency are barred from entering this contest.
*Applicable TDS will be deducted from the reward amount.
