JBNL Securities undergoes major rebranding, relaunched as Global IME Securities
A significant decision was made during JBNL Securities Limited’s first annual general meeting (AGM) held on Friday. The meeting was chaired by the company’s president, Teknath Pokharel.
During the meeting, the annual report presented by the board of directors, along with the appointment and remuneration of the directors and auditors, was unanimously approved.
JBNL Securities Limited announced a name change to Global IME Securities Limited. This change aligns the company more closely with its parent organization, Global IME Bank Limited.
