Kathmandu Metropolitan City opens applications for class 11 scholarship

Kathmandu — Kathmandu Metropolitan City is offering scholarships to students who have passed the SEE exam to study in Class 11 this year as well. The city announced this on Friday, the day after the results were published, and invited students to fill out the online application form for the scholarships.

Applications can be submitted online anytime from Asar 15 (29th June) at 10:00 AM to Asar 29 (13 July) at 10:59 PM. Students can apply through the Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s website or entrance.kathmandu.gov.np.

Students who apply will be given scholarships based on an examination. The exam will have 100 questions based on the Class 10 curriculum.

The exam will be held on Shrawan 4 (19 July) from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The city will provide further information about the scholarship quotas and exam centers later.

The city has requested that students only enroll in colleges after the scholarship results are published. It also mentioned that if students enroll before the results are out, it will not be able to facilitate the scholarships.
