Kathmandu – The crown of Miss Nepal World 2025 has a new bearer. On Saturday evening, 26-year-old Luna Luitel claimed the prestigious title at the glittering finale of the 31st edition of the national pageant, organized by The Hidden Treasure.
Luitel, who studied nursing in Australia and is currently pursuing her postgraduate degree in Public Health at the University of Sydney, rose above 25 contestants to secure the crown. She was crowned by her predecessor, Miss Nepal World 2024 Ashma Kumari KC, in a grand ceremony filled with glamour, performances, and celebration.
The competition was fierce, with Dipshikha Nepal named first runner-up and crowned Miss Nepal Cosmo 2025. Urusha Bhandari secured second runner-up and took home the title of Miss Nepal International 2025, while Sony Ghale was announced as Miss Nepal Earth 2025.

The judging panel brought together leading personalities, including former Miss Nepal World Shrinkhala Khatiwada, actress Anna Sharma, fashion designer Manish Rai, and other prominent names from the arts, media, and business sectors.
For Luitel, the win was not her first brush with the limelight.
