My Emotions Matter to launch Nepali edition of Emotional Literacy book
My Emotions Matter (MEM), a social enterprise dedicated to promoting emotional literacy, will launch the Nepali edition of its esteemed book on Tuesday, January 28th, at Ekta Books in Thapathali, Kathmandu, starting at 4 PM. Originally published in English in 2020, the book highlights the importance of understanding emotions as indicators of deeper needs and offers tools to navigate both uplifting and difficult feelings.
The Nepali edition seeks to eliminate language barriers and enhance emotional literacy among Nepali speakers, empowering them to build stronger relationships and enhance their well-being. Established in 2018, MEM is dedicated to teaching emotional intelligence skills that facilitate effective communication and personal development.
The launch event will feature an introduction to the book, interactive discussions on the role of emotional literacy in daily life, and networking opportunities for participants.
