NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 to Run August 11–16 with Stall Allocation Completed
Kathmandu – The Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) has successfully completed stall allocation for the upcoming NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, set to be held from August 11 to August 16, 2026, at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.
Recognized as Nepal’s largest mobility and automobile exhibition, the expo has allocated a total of 49 stalls through a transparent and pre-determined lottery process. Of these, 26 stalls have been assigned to four-wheeler brands, while 23 stalls have been allocated to two-wheelers and commercial vehicle brands.
Speaking at the stall allocation ceremony, NAIMA President Ritu Singh Vaidya said the overwhelming participation from the automotive industry further reinforces the significance and growing stature of the expo. She emphasized that NAIMA aims to develop the event into a common platform for promoting modern, sustainable, and accessible mobility in Nepal rather than limiting it to a conventional exhibition.
Vaidya noted that all initial stalls have already been reserved and that additional requests for participation continue to arrive even after the registration deadline. NAIMA will assess available space and possibilities, prioritizing member companies when considering further participation requests.
Gaurav Sharada, Chairman of the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo Planning Committee, stated that the successful allocation of stalls for 49 brands reflects the industry’s trust, enthusiasm, and increasing interest in the exhibition. He expressed confidence that the event will establish itself as Nepal’s most influential mobility exhibition while delivering a world-class experience aligned with international standards.
