NASA International College won the KBA Global Cricket Clash 2026.
Kathmandu – The KBA Global Cricket Clash 2026, one of the most prominent inter-college cricket tournaments, has concluded successfully, with NASA International College emerging as champions after a thrilling final match.
NASA International College secured the title with a narrow one-wicket victory in a highly competitive and dramatic final. Himalayan White House International College finished as runner-up following a strong and consistent performance throughout the tournament.
Himalayan White House International College was widely praised for its discipline, teamwork, and fighting spirit displayed across all matches. The team’s commitment and sportsmanship drew appreciation from organizers and spectators alike, reinforcing its position as a formidable contender in inter-college cricket.
In the individual awards category, Prince Balayar of NASA International College was named Best Bowler, while Abhishek BK of Himalayan White House International College received the Best Batsman award. Pappu Roy, also from Himalayan White House International College, was declared Player of the Tournament for his consistent and outstanding performances during the competition.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, KBA Business Development Manager Binod Dahal expressed gratitude to participating teams, sponsors, partner institutions, and media representatives for their support in making the event successful.
Chief Guest Ramesh Silwal, former President of HISSAN and Chief Executive Officer of GoldenGate International College, congratulated both finalist teams and emphasized the importance of sports in fostering leadership, discipline, and holistic personality development among students.
Special Guest Sunil Acharya, Director of Jupiter Media, highlighted the strengthening relationship between education and sports and extended best wishes to the participating players for their future endeavors.
During the ceremony, the champion and runner-up teams were awarded cash prizes, medals, trophies, and cricket kits. Tokens of appreciation were also presented to the distinguished guests.
Golden Gate International College served as the title sponsor of the tournament. Edith Cowan University supported the event as the “Powered By” partner, while Texspire College was the “Co-Powered By” partner.
