National Examination Board Announces Grade 12 Exam Date – Baisakh 21

Kathmandu – The Grade 12 examinations are now scheduled to begin from Baisakh 21. The National Examination Board has decided to postpone the exams, which were originally set to commence the day after tomorrow (Thursday), according to Board Chairperson Mahashram Sharma.
Although the decision to reschedule the exams has been made, the official timetable will be published tomorrow after a board meeting finalizes the revised schedule.
Earlier, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had directed that the exams, initially set to begin on Baisakh 11, be postponed by a few days. Following that directive, the Examination Board is preparing to release an official notice announcing the postponement.
The rescheduling was prompted by ongoing protests and agitation by teachers, which disrupted the examination preparations.
