Ncell e-care, website now free of data charge
Ncell, country’s leading mobile service provider, has made browsing its website and e-care services free of cost to the customers. Under this service, Ncell customers across the country would be able to browse the company’s websites – www.ncell.com.np, Personal Ring Back Tone (PRBT) and E-care portals without any data charge.
The service is coming into effect from October 9, Friday. Ncell has already been providing free browsing for Twitter, Wikipedia and other portals–www.ncellsansar.com.np, www.redirect.ncell.com.np and Ncell App that are related to Ncell, respecting rights to information, freedom of expression and access to knowledge.
The zero rated browsing to the company’s e-care portals is focused at providing service for free to customers who need information about various products and services, among others. Customers can simply visit these sites without any requirement to activate the service. Customers will, however be charged the standard rate as mentioned in the portals for Personal Ring Back Tone and downloading wallpapers from www.ncellsansar.com.np and any other external links available in the websites.
“After free Wikipedia and Twitter, we have now zero rated our websites enabling our customers to visit the sites and take necessary information without any data charge,” said Milan Sharma, corporate communication expert of Ncell. “The free browsing service is in line with our dedication to prioritize customer needs and enhance customer experience.”
