Kathmandu – Neo Store has launched the “Neo Service Camp” to provide technical support and maintenance services to laptop users, offering facilities including laptop cleaning, servicing, expert consultation, upgrades and exchange options.
The service camp has been organised under the company’s initiative “Never Stop Caring”, focusing on continuous customer support beyond product sales. According to Neo Store, the camp is currently being conducted at its outlets in Kathmandu and Pokhara, providing services to both new and existing laptop users.
The company stated that more than 5,000 customers participated in its previous service camp, and the programme has been brought back following significant customer response. Users can receive services for laptops purchased through official channels as well as those bought from the grey market. The camp includes deep cleaning services to remove dust and internal dirt accumulated over long-term use, helping improve laptop performance.
Along with cleaning and maintenance, customers can also receive free basic laptop checks and technical consultations from experts. Users experiencing issues such as slow performance, overheating or operational problems can get their devices assessed and receive recommendations regarding possible solutions and necessary upgrades.
The service camp also provides hardware upgrade options, including RAM, SSD and other compatible components, for users looking to improve the performance and lifespan of their existing laptops. Customers can also purchase new laptops and upgrade their devices at competitive prices through the programme.
Neo Store has also introduced a laptop exchange facility, allowing customers to replace their old laptops with new ones. The valuation of old devices will be based on factors such as brand, model, physical condition, technical condition, hardware specifications and market value. Customers can also purchase laptops through installment plans, although the company has clarified that Apple MacBook products are not eligible for installment and servicing facilities under this campaign.
