Kathmandu – Nepal Telecom has introduced new annual NT Fiber internet packages for residential customers, with prices starting at Rs 4,999 and speeds reaching up to 200 Mbps.
The packages, effective from Asoj 30, 2083, are offered under Nepal Telecom’s Fiber to the Home service. The entry-level plan provides 30 Mbps internet for Rs 4,999 per year.
Under the WiFi 6 Individual Package, customers can choose 100 Mbps internet for Rs 11,499, 150 Mbps for Rs 12,999 or 200 Mbps for Rs 16,499 annually. These plans include internet and telephone services and remain valid for 12 months.
Nepal Telecom has also waived the standard Rs 500 installation charge for customers subscribing to the new packages. Annual subscribers will receive between 800 MB and 1,000 MB of complimentary mobile data, depending on the selected plan.
WiFi 6 technology is designed to offer better speed, lower latency and improved connectivity when several devices are connected to the same network. The new packages are expected to make high-speed fibre internet more accessible to households with different connectivity requirements.
