Nepal Telecom starts NTPro Service

Nepal Telecom has launched NTPro service which can be used as an alternative to national and international mobile roaming service. “Using the new service, Nepal Telecom GSM post-paid users can make calls to any numbers in Nepal Telecom network as well as can receive all calls while away from home network.,” informs the telecom services provider in a press statement Users need to have interwork connectivity in their mobile phones. 

“Users need to download ‘NTPro App’ on their smartphones and open an account by using their mobile number,” says the company, adding, “To activate this service the postpaid users need to send message to 1428 by typing SUB NTPRO from where the customers will receive user name and password.” The NTPro app can be downloaded from Apple Store or Google Play Store. According to the company, Rs 100 per month will be charged for the service. On the incoming and outgoing calls within the company’s network as well as international calls, Rs 6 per minute will be charged per minute.
