Nepali arts exhibit in China
Panjin, China – The Nepal Fine Arts Exhibition was grandly inaugurated at the Liaohe Art Museum in Panjin, northern China on September 19, following nearly five months of meticulous preparation. The exhibition showcases over 160 works created by a delegation of renowned Nepali artists, including Mr. NB Gurung, chairman of the Nepal Watercolor Painting Association, Mr. Lal Kaji Lama, the Vice Chancellor of Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, and eight other prominent artists. Thangkas are also displayed in the exhibition.
The event has widespread acclaim from both Chinese audiences and industry professionals, highlighting the growing cultural exchange between Nepal and China. The exhibition will remain open till September 25, for a week offering art enthusiasts a rare opportunity to explore the rich artistic heritage of Nepal, supported by the Xinglong District Government of Panjin City.
The Liaohe Art Museum recognized as one of the premier art venues in northern China, was chosen to host this prestigious exhibition, further underlining the significance of the event in promoting international cultural dialogue. Hence the event has boosted the relationship between Nepal-China relationship in the Art and Culture sector.
