New Nissan Terrano Hits Nepali Roads

January 15, 2018: Japanese automobile brand Nissan has launched the new Nissan Terrano compact SUV in the Nepali market. Pioneer Moto Corp, the newly appointed sole authorized distributor for Nissan Motor Company Limited, unveiled the four-wheeler amid a function held in the capital on January 14. The new Nissan Terrano comes with 22 brand new features to strengthen its smarter and bolder appeal to customers. The compact SUV is available in the market at a starting price of Rs 42, 99,000.

The 22 new features include new premium dual-tone interior, Cruise Control, 7.0 Touchscreen Navigation systems, steering mounted audio/phone control, One Touch Lane Change Indicator, Anti-pinch Driver Side Window, and new steering wheel design. The four-wheeler comes with the 110ps power 1.5 Diesel THP engine.

The compact SUV has high ground clearance of 205mm, low turning radius of 5.2 m, and fuel efficiency of 19.64km/L (MT) .The manufacturer is offering a warranty period of 1-year/20,000 km and an extended warranty of additional 2-year/10,000 km is being offered by Pioneer Moto Corp on the purchase of the four-wheeler.

The new Nissan Terrano will be available XLP and XVD Pre 110PS variants priced at Rs 42, 99,000 and 53, 99,000 respectively.
