New waterfall discovered in Kaafaldanda, Nuwakot
A new waterfall has been discovered in Kaafaldanda, Nuwakot. The Gokuleshwar Waterfall, located near Bidur and close to Shivapuri, is expected to become a popular tourist destination.
The waterfall is located in Shivapuri Rural Municipality-8 and offers commercial trekking and bathing activities. Local youth Bipul Pande reported that visitors have already started coming to the area.
The inauguration of the Gokuleshwar Waterfall was marked by an event attended by Balkrishna Basnet, Chairman of Press Council Nepal, who highlighted the waterfall’s potential to attract tourists due to its environmental appeal.
With Gokuleshwar Waterfall located just 20 kilometers from Kathmandu’s Samakhushi, it is expected to become a convenient destination for tourists, according to residents.
