Kathmandu – The Embassy of Pakistan in Kathmandu has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and property caused by the devastating flash floods in the Bhotekoshi area of Rasuwa district.
The embassy extended its heartfelt condolences to those who lost their lives in the disaster and expressed solidarity with the people of Nepal during the difficult time.
“Our thoughts, sympathies and prayers are with all those affected by the floods, those who remain missing and those grieving the loss of their loved ones,” the embassy said in a statement.
The embassy added that Pakistan stands in full solidarity with the people of Nepal as rescue and relief efforts continue in the flood-affected areas.
The flash floods have caused significant damage in Rasuwa, with authorities continuing search, rescue and relief operations in the affected areas.
