Thai AirAsia granted permission for four weekly flights to Bhairahawa
Thai AirAsia has been granted permission for four weekly flights to Bhairahawa, according to Pradeep Adhikari, Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN). In total, the airline has been authorized for seven flights in Nepal, with three flights to Kathmandu and four to Bhairahawa.
Due to heavy traffic at Tribhuvan International Airport, CAAN has prioritized flights to Bhairahawa and Pokhara airports for airlines. While previous airlines such as Jazeera Airways, Himalayan Airlines, and Nepal Airlines initiated regular flights to Bhairahawa, they have not maintained consistent service.
