Tunisian volleyball star, Yosra Zeramdini, joins Madhesh United for Everest Women’s League
Tunisian volleyball player Yosra Zeramdini will join Madhesh United for the inaugural Everest Women’s Volleyball League (EWVL). Madhesh United has announced Zeramdini as their second foreign player for the league, following their earlier signing of Kazakhstan’s Yevginia Kalinova.
The 23-year-old Zeramdini, a middle blocker, is also a member of the Tunisian national team. With experience in the Russian league, Tunisian league, and Tunisian Super Cup, her addition is expected to enhance Madhesh United’s blocking strength. Standing at 184 centimeters, Zeramdini brings significant international experience to the team.
Sangya Shrestha, Madhesh United’s Operations Head, expressed excitement about Zeramdini’s arrival, stating that it will strengthen the team. Zeramdini herself shared her enthusiasm for joining the team and participating in the league, saying, “I am very excited to play for Madhesh United in the Everest Women’s Volleyball League. I have heard a lot about Nepal and am eager to play in this beautiful country.”
The Everest Women’s Volleyball League, organized by Infinity Dreams, will feature six teams in its first edition, marking a significant step in women’s volleyball in the region.
