Kathmandu – Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Note 17 series in Nepal, featuring powerful performance, advanced cameras, and high-capacity batteries. The new lineup includes four models: Redmi Note 17, Redmi Note 17 5G, Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G.
The major highlight of the series is its large battery capacity. The Redmi Note 17 and Note 17 5G come with a 7,700mAh battery and 45W Turbo Charging, while the Redmi Note 17 Pro 5G features an 8,340mAh battery with 67W HyperCharge. The top model, Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G, packs a massive 10,000mAh battery with 100W HyperCharge and 27W reverse charging support.
The Pro models feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the standard models come with a 6.99-inch FHD+ AMOLED display.
For cameras, the series offers a 50MP main camera across models, with the Pro Max variant adding a 32MP front camera and an advanced ultra-wide setup.
Built for durability, the Pro models come with Redmi Titan Structure and up to IP69K water and dust resistance, while standard models offer IP65 protection. Performance is powered by Snapdragon chipsets, including Snapdragon 6 Gen 5, Snapdragon 6s Gen 4, and Snapdragon 4 Gen 4, depending on the model.
As a launch offer, customers buying the Redmi Note 17 Pro series will receive Redmi Buds 6 Play worth Rs. 2,499 for free. Xiaomi has also introduced a 0% interest EMI facility through authorized retailers across Nepal.
