Xiaomi opens new Official Service Center at Tamrakar House
Kathmandu: Xiaomi Nepal has opened a new official service center on the sixth floor of Tamrakar House in New Road, Kathmandu, with the aim of providing customers with faster, easier, and more reliable after-sales support.
The center will offer repair, technical assistance, and maintenance services for Xiaomi smartphones, smartwatches, fitness bands, earphones, headphones, and a wide range of Internet of Things devices. The company said all repairs will be carried out according to official service standards using genuine spare parts.
The facility will be operated by Vatsal Impex Pvt. Ltd., Xiaomi’s authorized service provider in Nepal under the Sharda Group. The center will have trained technicians capable of handling both basic repairs and more complex technical issues.
To mark the opening, the company is also preparing special discount offers for customers. Further details about the promotional schemes will be announced through Xiaomi Nepal’s official social media platforms.
Speaking at the inauguration, Vatsal Impex directors Gaurav Sharda and Nitesh Kumar Mundra said the new center would improve access to dependable service for Xiaomi users in Kathmandu. Customers seeking technical support or repair services can now directly visit the new Tamrakar House facility.
