Kathmandu — Yamaha has expanded the quickshifter feature on its popular R15 V4, making it available in two additional variants.
Previously offered only on the top-spec R15M, the feature is now available on the Racing Blue and Matte Pearl White versions.
The new quickshifter-equipped variants are priced from INR 179,500, which is around INR 4,650 higher than the versions without the feature.
There are no other mechanical changes. The R15 V4 continues to use a 155cc single-cylinder engine producing 18.1 bhp and 14.2 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
The quickshifter allows riders to upshift without using the clutch, helping deliver smoother and quicker gear changes.
