9th Mango Ride completed successfully by THME Jawalakhel
Kathmandu: The 9th Mango Ride 2026, organized by The Himalayan Motorcycle Experience (THME), Jawalakhel, has been completed successfully with strong participation, joyful moments and meaningful promotion of motorcycle tourism, agriculture and local travel experiences.

The ride, held from June 19 to 22, 2026, brought together motorcycle enthusiasts for a multi-day journey across different destinations in Nepal. The event aimed to promote Nepali mangoes, local tourism, agricultural products and community-based travel experiences.

The route covered Kathmandu, Kurintar, Chitwan, Sauraha, Thori, Birgunj, Bardibas, Lahan, Mango Farm, Bhiman, Hetauda and Kulekhani, before returning to Kathmandu. During the journey, riders visited mango farms, experienced local food and culture, explored travel routes and enjoyed the natural beauty of Nepal.
On the third day of the ride, a special evening program was also organized, featuring prize distribution, fun activities and gift hampers for participants. The program added more excitement to the journey and created a memorable moment for the riders before the final return.
According to THME, the ride was not only about motorcycle adventure but also about supporting local farmers, promoting domestic tourism and connecting riders with communities along the route. Participants also had the opportunity to buy locally produced mangoes and learn more about mango farming in the Terai region.
The 9th edition continued the spirit of the annual Mango Ride campaign, which first began in 2015 with only four riders. Over the years, the event has grown into one of THME’s recognized motorcycle tourism activities.
THME expressed gratitude to all riders, sponsors, partner organizations, media, local communities and supporters for helping make the event successful. The organization said the 9th Mango Ride 2026 helped further promote Nepal’s agriculture, tourism, local economy and social responsibility.
