Second WADA Auto Show 2026 set to begin in Pokhara
Kathmandu – The “Second NADA Presents WADA Auto Show 2026” is set to be organized in Pokhara from Chaitra 11 to 15 at the playground located in Tal Barahi Chowk.
The event is being presented by the NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal and organized by the Western Automobile Dealers Association (WADA). Pokhara Metropolitan City has been designated as the promoter, while the exhibition will be managed by Global Exposition and Management Services.
Ride Energy has been announced as the power partner of the event. Other partners include Shikhar Insurance as the insurance partner, Dirghayu Pokhara Hospital as the hospital partner, Khalti App as the ticketing partner, UnionPay as the QR partner, Temple Bell as the hospitality partner, Pokhara Internet as the internet partner, Hitco Pvt. Ltd. as the fire safety partner, Citizen Furniture as the furniture partner, and Pokhara Creatives Pvt. Ltd. as the printing partner.
According to the organizers, the exhibition aims to provide visitors with firsthand information on vehicle sales and the latest advancements in automotive technology while ensuring quality service delivery. The event is expected to contribute to the strengthening and promotion of the automobile sector, facilitate easier access to regional markets, and help create a conducive environment for potential vehicle production in Nepal.
The organizers also believe that participation from various districts and provinces will not only promote the automobile business but also boost domestic tourism. Additionally, the exhibition is expected to serve as a platform to identify local business challenges and explore possible solutions.
The auto show will feature 16 brands of four-wheelers, 6 brands of light commercial vehicles, 10 brands of two-wheelers, and one heavy commercial brand. In addition, there will be around 20 stalls showcasing lubricants, tires, garage equipment, accessories, and financial institutions.
As a special attraction, a vintage car show will be आयोजित to showcase historic and classic vehicle models introduced in Nepal, particularly targeting the younger generation. Furthermore, advanced robotics will also be displayed, including the Unitree G1 humanoid robot, Unitree Go2, and Changkhe, offering visitors exposure to modern technological innovations.
The five-day event is expected to attract approximately 45,000 visitors. As part of special ticketing offers, cashback facilities have been arranged through UnionPay for tickets purchased via the Khalti app, where the first 100 general ticket buyers each day will receive a 50% cashback, and the first 100 student ticket buyers will receive a 100% cashback.
