Ongoing art exhibition celebrates Rato Machhindranath tradition in Patan

Kathmandu-A solo art exhibition titled “Rato Machhindranath: Living Tradition in the Heart of Patan” by artist Vikram Shrestha is currently underway at Bahadur Shah Baithak in Patan Durbar Square.

Running from April 23 to 30, the exhibition showcases 20 paintings capturing the essence of the historic Rato Machhindranath Jatra. Through vibrant visuals, the artist highlights rituals, chariot processions, and deep community participation, offering visitors an immersive cultural experience.

The exhibition, inaugurated by renowned artist Kiran Manandhar, continues to attract art lovers and cultural enthusiasts daily from 10 AM to 5 PM.
